Apples to Apples is one of the most popular card games in recent years. Today, Mattel produces it, but Out of the Box Publishing is the original manufacturer. Apples to Apples won "Party Game of the Year" in the December, 1999 issue of "Games" magazine. It received the National Parenting Center's seal of approval in that year as well. A humorous and fun game of word comparison and matching, Apples to Apples is now translated and sold in many countries.
