A 1916 team photograph of the Rochester Cathedrals, a basketball team includes an image of Rochester all-around athlete Harold "Butch" Clark at far right. Clark distinguished himself throughout his adult life playing basketball, football, and baseball on several semi-professional and at least one professional team. One of the star players on Rochester's short-lived NFL football team, the Jeffersons, Clark's athletic prowess couldn't save the team from a poor record. But he himself continued to play and excell in all the sports he loved.
