The Lutheran Church of the Incarnate Word in Rochester sponsors yearly picnics at various local parks. The donor, retired from Eastman Kodak, serves as an unofficial photographer for these events and took many color slides of them from the 1960s through the 1980s. Though he now uses digital photography, he scanned and printed several vintage prints as a gift to The Strong collections. All show picnic attendees having a great time. A girl hula hoops in this photographic example, with a look of serious concentration on her face.
